The 36th annual Arnold Sports Festival, set for February 27 to March 2 in Columbus, Ohio, promises to be its biggest yet, with a record-breaking $500,000 prize for the Arnold Classic winner.
The event, founded by Arnold Schwarzenegger, attracts over 100,000 visitors annually and contributes significantly to the local economy. This year’s highlights include bodybuilding champion Hadi Choopan defending his title, strongman Mitchell Hooper aiming for his third consecutive win, and social media fitness star Sam Sulek making an appearance.
With over 1,000 vendors, 35 sporting events, and fan-favorite competitions like the Strongest Firefighter contest, the festival continues to expand. Having evolved since the pandemic, it now features a dedicated strongman arena and more interactive experiences like seminars and meet-and-greets.
