Last weekend, the 4th edition of the 2024 IFBB Asian Cup took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan’s vibrant capital.

Known for its blend of modern and Soviet architecture, traditional markets, and rich cultural life, Tashkent provided a stunning backdrop for this prestigious event.The “JAR” Sport Complex hosted the competition, showcasing the region’s strong passion for bodybuilding and fitness. The event was impeccably organized by the Uzbekistan Federation team, led by its president, Mr. Khabibula, who also enjoys a successful career as a film actor.Athletes and spectators alike experienced an exhilarating day of sports.
